Returns and Refunds

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (RETURNS):

This right (pursuant to and for the purposes of Legislative Decree no. 206 of 6 September 2005, known as the "Consumer Code"), which may only be exercised if the customer is a Consumer (i.e. a natural person acting on the website for purposes unrelated to any business or professional activity carried out), is the right to return the purchased goods to the supplier without any penalty and without specifying the reason, as well as the right to obtain a refund of the purchase price.

The right of withdrawal is guaranteed within 15 days of receipt of the order, regardless of the reason for the return.

The customer is responsible for the return of the goods.

After the time limit has expired, the possibility of return will be automatically suspended.

In the event of a return, only the amount paid will be refunded.

It will not be possible to replace the product with different models, colours or sizes. In this case, the customer will have to place a new order.

The products are examined when the return is received. If the products do not meet the following requirements, no refund will be given:

  • Products must not be used, damaged or worn (except for a quick try-on)
  • Products must be returned undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • The products must not be worn out and must not emit any smell of smoke, perfume, detergent or anything else.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE RETURN

The expenses for the return of the goods are borne by the customer. The customer can decide which courier and service to use for the return. Please follow these steps before proceeding with the return shipment:

  1. Access the RETURNS section or click here
  2. Enter the order number (including the 0s) or the tracking number of the order. 
  3. Select the product(s) to be returned. 
  4. Select the reason for the return (it is important for us to know the reason for the return to improve products and/or the service). 
  5. If the order was paid with a Bank Transfer, enter the IBAN and the name of the holder of the current account (otherwise the refund cannot be made!)<;/li>
  6. Ship the goods, properly packed, to our warehouse at the following address: Calze G.T. SRL - Via Cadimarco, 44 - Asola (MN) 46041 - Italy ;
  7. A refund will be issued within a maximum of 5 business days from receipt.
