Leggings made with innovative NILIT INNERGY fibre that uses far infrared rays (FIR) to gently warm up the deepest layers of the skin, thereby invigorating the body and reducing blemishes caused by cellulite and adipose tissue (1). Can I use it for practising sport?

If you use it for sports, the anti-cellulite effect is enhanced since the higher your body heat, the higher the heat reflected on the skin. This garment is opaque and, thus, can be used as outerwear at the gym.
