The Relaxsan 140 denier PLUS compression tights provide firm graduated compression of 22-27 mmHg, delivering strong pressure at the ankle that gradually decreases up to the groin to promote healthy blood circulation. The shaping elastic waistband offers comfort and support, while the reinforced fabric at the toe and heel ensures durability and long-lasting wear.
Durability
Preventive compression stockings typically retain their compression effect for about 3 months. After this time, the ankle compression gradually weakens, even if the garment still appears intact.
We recommend replacing preventive compression stockings after approximately 3 months of use.
Intended Use
Preventive compression stockings 22-27 mmHg – Firm: recommended for venous insufficiency, varicose veins, post-surgical recovery, edema, phlebitis, and for thrombosis prevention.
Contraindications
This product is not recommended for use during nighttime rest or for individuals with severe arterial circulation disorders, recent and deep thrombosis, peripheral artery occlusion, or skin conditions with secretions.

The 880 model is a 140 denier tight, therefore, equally heavy and opaque. However, this model provides lower compression (18-22 mmHg) instead of medium compression (22-27 mmHg).
The 880P and 980 tights provide equal compression to the ankle (22-27 mmHg). However, these two products have different deniers compared to the sock. The 880P model is 140 denier. This means that it’s lighter than the 980 model, which is 280 denier.
