The Relaxsan Basic 280 denier graduated compression knee-highs feature reinforced toe and heel to enhance durability and resistance, along with a soft elastic band at the top for comfort. They provide firm graduated compression of 22-27 mmHg at the ankle, which gradually decreases up the leg to the knee.
Durability
Preventive compression stockings typically maintain their compression effectiveness for about 3 months. After this time, ankle compression gradually weakens, even if the garment appears intact.
We recommend replacing preventive compression stockings after approximately 3 months of use.
Intended Use
Preventive compression socks 22-27 mmHg – Firm: indicated for venous insufficiency, varicose veins, post-surgical recovery, edema, phlebitis, and thrombosis prevention.
Contraindications
This product is not recommended for use during nighttime rest, or for individuals with severe arterial circulation disorders, recent and deep vein thrombosis, peripheral artery occlusion, or skin conditions with secretions.
