Intended Use

Graduated compression stockings 23-32 mmHg (Class II – K2) – Medium-High: Recommended for moderate chronic venous insufficiency, oedema, thrombophlebitis, varicose veins, pregnancy-related varicose veins, thrombosis and embolism prevention, or post-surgical vein procedures.

Usage Recommendations

• Before wearing the stockings, remove rings and bracelets to prevent accidental damage to the fabric.
• Wear the stockings in the morning before getting out of bed, when the legs are less swollen.
• Ensure you choose the correct size to maximise the benefits of graduated compression.
• Hand wash or machine wash at low temperatures; we recommend using a laundry bag to preserve fabric quality.
• Avoid fabric softeners and bleach. Dry away from direct heat sources.

Lifespan

Relaxsan medical compression stockings generally maintain their compression properties for:

• 5-6 months (Soft/Cotton/Ecofiber/Premium Line)
• 7-8 months (Classic Line)

After this period, the stockings gradually lose their compression effectiveness at the ankle, even if they still appear intact. To ensure continued therapeutic efficacy, we recommend replacing Relaxsan Premium compression stockings approximately every 5-6 months.

Contraindications

• Not recommended for use during nighttime rest.
• Not suitable for individuals with severe arterial circulation disorders, recent deep thrombosis, or peripheral artery occlusion.
• Avoid use in cases of dermatoses with secretions or allergies to the materials used in manufacturing.
